Privacy Policy

Effective July 9, 2026

This policy explains what happens with your data when you visit azpertilo.ai (the "Site"), operated by Azpertilo Ltd. ("Azpertilo," "we," "us"). It covers the marketing site only. The Azpertilo product, the platform customers use once onboarded, handles data under its own terms, summarized briefly at the end of this page and detailed separately for customers.

Information we collect

The Site has no forms and no account sign-up. We do not directly collect your name, email address, or any other personal details through the Site itself. The only information gathered is the limited, optional analytics described below.

Cookies and analytics

We use Klaro, a consent-management tool, to ask before setting anything beyond strictly essential cookies. Analytics cookies are off by default and only activate if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner or turn them on from "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

• Essential: a single cookie (klaro) that remembers your cookie choice for 12 months. This is not optional; without it, the banner would reappear on every visit.
• Analytics (optional): if you consent, Google Analytics 4 loads and sets cookies to help us understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type). IP addresses are anonymized, and we have turned off Google Signals and ad-personalization signals, so this data is not used for advertising and is not merged with other Google account data.

You can withdraw or change consent at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

Third-party services and links

• Google Fonts: the Site loads the Sora and Inter typefaces from Google's font servers. Loading a font this way sends your browser's IP address to Google as part of that request, independent of your cookie choice above.
• LinkedIn: each founder's name links to their public LinkedIn profile. Following that link takes you to LinkedIn, which has its own privacy policy.
• Scheduling tools: "Book a Call" links go to a founder’s scheduling page, currently hosted on Calendly or Google Calendar depending on the founder. Booking a call happens entirely on that third party’s site, under its own privacy policy, not ours.

Where data is processed

The Site itself is hosted on servers located in Germany. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics data is processed by Google under Google’s own data processing terms, which may involve servers outside the EU.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Data retention

Your cookie preference is kept for 12 months. Google Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, which we configure to the shortest period Google allows, after which it is automatically deleted.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site changes. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.

The Azpertilo product

This policy does not cover the Azpertilo product, the platform used by onboarded customers. In short: customer data is hosted in the EU (Germany), isolated per tenant at the database level, and never used to train or fine-tune any AI provider’s models. A full product privacy policy, covering that platform in detail, will be published separately for customers as part of onboarding.
