Terms of Service
Effective July 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of azpertilo.ai (the "Site"), operated by Azpertilo Ltd. ("Azpertilo," "we," "us"). By browsing the Site, you agree to them. They cover the marketing site only, not the Azpertilo product, the platform customers use once onboarded, which is governed by its own separate customer agreement.
Use of the Site
The Site is informational: it describes Azpertilo’s methodology and product, and lets you book a call with one of the founders. There are no forms, no account sign-up, and nothing to purchase here. You agree to use the Site only for its intended purpose, lawfully, and without attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or reverse engineer any part of it.
Booking a call is not a service agreement
Clicking "Book a Call" takes you to a founder’s own scheduling page (Calendly or Google Calendar) to arrange a conversation. Scheduling or having that conversation does not, by itself, create any contract, subscription, or service commitment between you and Azpertilo. If you go on to become a customer, that relationship is governed by a separate, explicit customer agreement, not by these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, logo, and blog content belong to Azpertilo Ltd. or its licensors. You may read and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to services we don’t operate: founders’ LinkedIn profiles, and their Calendly or Google Calendar scheduling pages. Once you leave the Site through one of these links, that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. We aren’t responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.
No warranties
The Site, including its FAQ and blog content, is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and grounded in what the product and company actually do, but we don’t guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free, and nothing on the Site is a binding offer or warranty about future product features, pricing, or timelines.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Azpertilo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes any mandatory protections you’re entitled to under the law of the EU member state where you live, including your right to bring a claim before the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Site changes. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
